I am not an energy drink, drinker so at first I was not interested in the line of drinks from LIFEAID as I assumed it was an energy drink. But one should not assume and I decided to check out what they were all about and was pleased to find that they are not what I was expecting. They are an independent beverage company. They do not add extra sugar caffeine or additives to their drinks. But what do they do exactly?

The GOLFERAID Performance Blend provides clean nutrition to help you perform and recover. The performance blend is full of B Vitamins and CoQ-10 designed to give you stamina and focus throughout your round with no added caffeine. They add Turmeric, Glucosamine, and MSM to help with joint and muscle mobility. They recommend drinking on before your round and at the turn to provide much-needed nutrients to replenish what has been lost. Having recently being diagnosed as being B12 deficient I was happy to find that I can get more than my daily recommended B12 supplied by drinking one GOLFERAID.

I took my research to the course

In my first outing, I was immediately able to tell a difference. Normally after 9-holes, I would begin to feel tired and weak. Two things that do not help you on the back nine. I was able to power through, unphased by the heat and strong wind that plagued our group that day. Over the next few holes, I was able to improve my ball hitting and finished the round strong. My foursome jokingly said, "What is in those GOLFERAID drinks?"

Drink clean on the green, with GOLFERAID.
