Greetings Golfers,

We’re looking forward to seeing you at Prairie Green Golf Course! The rain appears to be pushed back to later in the day, so the tournament is on schedule. Here are the important details for the tournament:

1. TOURNAMENT DETAILS

Date: Friday, September 25
Course: Prairie Green Golf Course
Format: 2-Person Scramble

2. TEE TIMES & PAIRINGS

• Ladies & Juniors 13 and under: Red Tees

• Riding carts are required to keep pace of play.

• Keep both teams' scores on both scorecards.

• Total, sign, and turn in your scorecard immediately after your round.

6. WEATHER

We will play unless the weather is dangerous or the course is unplayable. If the weather is questionable on Friday morning, we will email an update. If the event is canceled, we will email and text players at least 2 hours in advance.

7. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations more than 24 hours before the event receive a full credit toward a future event or a refund minus the 5% credit card processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Good luck, and we’ll see you Friday!
